ANALYSIS OF YOUR NEEDS
This analysis is free of charge and with no obligation on your part.

Definition of your needs :

- A representative meets you, listens to you and determines your needs and expectations
- Visit of the premises in order to assess the work time and the methods to be applied according to very specific criteria (m², type of covering, rate of occupation of the premises)

Establishment of a cleaning program :

- We establish various offers listing the description of the tasks and frequency we are proposing you
- We calculate the cost of material, products and labour
- We submit our bid and analyse together if it complies with your expectations and budget
- We find the solution that suits you

After acceptance of the bid :

Once your cleaning team is set up, we give it a “work site opening” training comprising :
- Your specific instructions (codes, security, …)
- Acquaintance with the work plan and schedules
- Preparation of the material and products

Starting of the work site :

- Presentation of the team and of the inspector in-charge of the follow-up of your work site
- In order to ensure the smooth development of this start-up, the inspector supervises the works for several consecutive days and remains in permanent contact with you in order to get your full satisfaction.
- Establishment of the quality control plan and regular assessment of your satisfaction
